RCF likely to elect to spin off EN for major bucks once infra is sealed. RCF will wait for selling the chromite once rail is done deal, they are looking for the best outcome for selling off which is appropriate transportation for the two entirely different assets in this regard. They must love Sneenk by now, not even on their payroll ( indirect only for 13 % :-)
