However let's note that we were expecting the "holistic" plan by mid year ... now it's Fall. Same old story, delays. So with the infra moneys wanting to be opened up and spent for the summer construction period, as we've recently read from Trudeau, it seems as though this holistic plan will miss out on that said summer.

I'm still invested but geeeeeeez! Let's call ppl out on their BS delays.
