I will say this only one more time. Attention needs to be focused on the EW road if it is to go ahead in a reasonable amount of time. The FN and the government are not capable of handling two major projects at the same time. Even if the Chineses were willing to fund the railroad it still needs approval of the FN and government. The FN and government can't even get Noront's road right, what makes you think they can get the road and railroad right? That is just wishfull thinking by KWG boosters like you.
