NOT now owns 14%(?) of KWG? It would appear that synergy is a better approach

put forth some three years ago. You offered union @ 2 Shares of NOT for each Share

of KWG. That was before Black Horse JV and before Patent Application and Chinese

involvement.

How many Shares of NOT would it take today?
