Additional comment regarding the 12to 13 million shares costing NOT extra because of

exchange rates of US vs CDN Dollar.Canadian currency improved some 20% since the

beggining of 2016. Foreign Exchange rates can move both ways. If we get lucky and

see even CDN & US currencies at the time of conversion, 12 to 13 Million shares would

NOT need to be paid.
