Sincerely, now Coutts needs to keep a promise, announcement and integral plan by mid-year. Or do Not complaining about Chinese moving in....... What's another few months to the story. We may see a change in management in between, Hoelang the Chinese master may be CEO of Noront in no time now. It has taken way too long.
