Why is it that the liberals, (Feds and ON) always mention only chromite in speaches and PR's, and not Ni, PGMs when talking about the ROF and promised infastructure investments, in their frequent funding (fed elections) and (ON election promises plus two budget repeats,), not counting McGinties promises. Could it be that neither the ON liberals have no intention of doing anything for the ROF promised $1B infastructure investment until just before the 2018 election, if ever, ( too late for achieving the 2020 Ni production target published in Coutts/ NOT sept 30/15 revised (again) target in the Corporate Presentation. .....(and delivery of the promise after winning that election.). Remember, ON is broke, with the promised Fed $8.7B FN funding going to FN Canada wide social welfare services, but called infrastructure, for double counting and obfuscation purposes. The conservatives were asking Ontario for their ROF plan for two years prior to the Oct/ 15 fed election as the condition to get the $1B matching funds from Ontario. Ontario never delivered any plan. Post fed liberal win, Wynne complains to her Trudeau buddy that ROF Ontario $1B investment is not coming till Feds match. Trudeau Feds say, where's your plan/application? (sound familiar?) Wynne, without ever answering the T jr question, now says she is awaiting Chinese Railroad investment for Chromite railway. Noront , Ni, and EW road are never mentioned. No wonder Coutts is pissed. Only Chromite (but never Ni, PGMs etc), is mentioned as a synonym for the ROF by the Ontarion press....Torstar and Globe. Why is that?? The Feds did not mention the ROF in their March budget. Ontario has lied about its ROF infastructure investment for more than three years and clearly has no money to action it's promises until re- elected in 2018. This is clearly fed -ON liberal collusion to provide bogus cover for a litany of broken ROF promises....unless both governments use China as the next "possible" ROF investor..... a railway for chromite, only. I think Coutts' speach re Ni first- start small, prove revenues, chromite (rail) later when Cr prices and demand reappears; ie economically justified) reflects that he has just been told by the liberal cabal, who are Backing each other's latest version of the truth. Coutts was rightly pissed, as am I. He was lied to again by ON and when Coutts went back to the Feds, they backed Wynne who delivered the ON winning fed votes.
