I am not that confident. Undeveloped claims or not they were not originally obtained for free.

I recall from a while back similar threats from S. Africa and they are having all sorts of problems with electric plants etc.

And what our native neighbours are saying - 'Our lands' for which compensation is demanded as if they never got any.

Things are never as simple as they may seem on the surface. Often they bite back.
