So you are a bit off @ 130,000,000 instead 111,738,215 owned by NOT.

Issued & outstanding very recently were 871 Million so that brought NOT %

down to % 12.8.. After the PP of 75 Million shares NOT's % even with out the

75 Million Warrants Falls to 11.8 %.
