Message: RBC reverses it's position-again
This morning RBC has magically reversed it's position on NOT to 'undervalued'. It was recently 'overvalued' at .3 and below even with the feds cimmitments to the ROF. Could this signify that the SP will start to rise now that market stabilisation perid is almost over?
