Am puzzled by this statement:
"Things are sort of grinding forward in the right way," Coutts said. "At some point in time, you just have to say, "Right, now here's what we're proposing to do.'"
So when is that time? In another 5 or 10 years?
How difficult can it be to say that a road is needed and what route it needs to take.
Since when do we need to be held up by a decision on the railway before the road is decided upon and OKed.
I am in Southern Ontario and it is crystal clear to me so natives in north or politicians from both levels can not see same.
