ok, dont bother, nothing special. ...Chinese dont have any Chromite themselves, everybody could profit from that cooperation, rail project may trigger development of RoF, Ontario has already committed 1bn... With footage of Chinese trains going back and forth.

I think you have heard all this before, just not in a French version :)
