Thanks for the excellent reminder Babjak1

As a demonstration have a peek at Probe. More than doubled in the last month from around the same price at Noront. Today now up 4.29% to .73 and rated as undervalued and a strong buy on RBC.

Noront is at .30 to .31 and rated again as overvalued.

Does this make any sense? Dare I say RULE 6? I think we all need a reminder of this as well!
