$8 billion can buy a lot of Wifi ,roads to the ROF, but also mistrust and corruption and greed. The one thing I would say would be to not put all hopes and power in only a few individuals, like Day and the Assembly of First Nations. That goes double for our corrupt politicians, because they are all corrupted in some form or another.
