Spending money is not a cure all. If that were so then all the talking, consulting and planning would alone produce results.
What is needed is to spend the money wisely. The Ring's infrastructures are that because they are likely to add not just 1.43, or 3.83, dollars per dollar spent but more and add significant cost savings to boot.

I spend a lot of time in the gallery with a brewsky in hand so I have a panoramic view, lol.
