Point Babjak is really making is that the Feds will follow through with the ROF, even if they do not match the provincial Billion. It did not make sense from the start to commit a Billion conditional to the Feds same input. 2 Billion....... Not adding up on political threat within the same political party. The road will come soon, no matter how Trusseau will structure it politically. That's my personal view based on all signals in media and grapevine, both equally reliable or NOT. So, NOT does not need a billion from the Feds in this budget round, it needs the road financed from any governmental allocation possible.
