My mistake on not seeing that some claims had been taken to lease status and I apologize. It does not change the statement that if the claims have not progressed to lease (the majority of the ROF) the company does not own or control the surface rights. Similarly if claims have been leased I pointed out that the company has limited surface rights and mineral rights. To the best of my knowledge everthing else is correct. Its still low and wet with very little to see.
