Yes, SpeedyG, I too have been keeping tally in my head and we are def. close to 10 million shares. As I said before 13.7 million new shares if fully subscribed. So it's safe to say we are VERY close.

The Fed budget is less than 2 weeks away so our SP may be very telling between now and then.
