"This is too big to fail, Ontario and Canada need this to happen.....and soon."

I agree with this except the "soon" part means different things to different people. Those in the know realize that a mine needs to be advanced well in advance of resource demand, but I'm not sure that gov't looks at things with the same fervour being that there are many other hands being held out for funds. I suspect the gov't is relying quite heavily on outside investment, read Chinese, to bail them out of this one. When I see that essential services are being hacked you gotta know that the gov't is feeling pinched. Talk is free but that's it. The rest costs money, so if a handout is possible they'll wait for it. We wait to see.
