Your comment quoted above is my deep fear, also re ROF funding. All levels of government mantra' is do nothing; pretend action. Ironically, the huge Federal promises to the FN may well be the trigger catalyst to action your "low on the radar" comment above. I agree with your Graphene comment, and have been following it closely for a long time.
