" If we weren't conected to that damn chromite we would of had a mine 5 years ago." Don't know why you say that, however I am starting to wonder if buying the Cliff's ground was a good idea. It may have been better to let Martin Falls get it, that way they would have had "skin in the game" rather than just promises of revenue sharing and jobs. Things might have moved ahead more quickly.
