To me it shows how dsperate for investment management are. In their mind anyway. If this turns out to be another RCF only buy-in, we know who is controling this company and mights well fire the CEO. We also know that for magical reasons our SP will never go anywhere untill they own the company and take it private. Get the pitchforks ready as we may have to storm the castle and throw the bankers into the moat. At least we know where they live.
