Totally agree. The federal budget is set, otherwise it cannot be made public in a fortnight. Last-minute changes in these budgets do not occur to great extent, only for the aftermaths. Decisions have already been taken, amendments after the budget for fine-tuning reasons. Coutts has indeed picked the right moment in time to say NOT is alive and kicking. The news looks like a total surprise from the blue sky, a rabbit out a hat, and it is not. Some people are more in the know than others, budgets have been finalised, no insider trading, an April ROF Triumphs already scheduled. What else does one need to know that NOT is a steal at these prices.
