Awesome post Tin Man. This is the best indication the ROF is about to ignite. We know Neskantaga the last holdout has singed their MOU. Trudeau and Wynne are on board. Now the Ontario Chief has basically said the FN want this to happen with even a specific mention of the ROF. The road is a provincial responsibility. Wynne has a billion at a transfer agent from last years budget. Trudeau's money is not needed for road construction costs as this will be 300-400 million. Will this ignite on Feb 25 with the budget or Mar 6 at PDAC?
