The ROF not being mentioned in detail during these pre-budget talks, and speeches, is just the Liberals way of not telegraphing their fiscal punch. A punch designed to counter all the spending about to be done. We all know that this will be a huge gain to our economy. Both the NDP, and the Conservatives, are envious of this crown jewel that the Liberals possess, but at the same time they know that the Ring and all of its power will be lost if they do not encourage and follow the Liberals lead. The Liberals in the meantime are holding their cards close to their chest, waiting for the the right moment to pull the ace out of their sleeve and show to all the disbelievers that they intend to serve the greater good. Something they claim they have been doing all along, but in a sort of cloak and dagger way. They would be foolish not to use the power of the ring to their advantage, for it may be just what they need to secure a Liberal majority for many a year to come, as well as taking Canada to newer heights on the world stage.
