Message: Re: Mild winter blocks access to ice roads in remote Ontario reserves
No need for Colombus' egg, plain or project financing will play for the last part of the road, based on take-off guarantees and more than enough collateral. This has been done so often in the past, at far higher interest rates than applicable today. It is of no sorrow as long as government starts planning and building. Just an announcement away, just a shot away. No doubt here that it will be on in the coming budgetting. It is not only the global warming, the economic turndown in which one is required to invest in the future, not only the FN need for roads, the ROF is too big to fail. One cannot just keep playing around with an asset like this, at current levels 3 times projected wealth, the Chromite included, as comparered to Voisey's Bay. I wonder who would leave it as is if one presents the case individually, peergroup-wise and political groups of people to follow soon. Rationally a no-brainer, Materially it is waiting in the ground and Emotionally we will mutually get this right, as it has been bended and stretched long enough for anyone to understand: Ontario needs it more than ever before. The sense of urgency growths, transparency still an issue, credibility -politically- shoul return soon.
