True as is, protecting retail from the lowball offer. At the "right" price almost anything can be sold. X2 would Not become a mid-tier producer, they would be able to buy NOT and other companies with the mentioned capital base, diversified enough Noront alone ? Stage of development will be a crucial factor in Mick' electro capital allocation, no eternal life to start allocating raised capital and it is already going on for X2 quite some time, loosing more than a few bids in the past one and a half year. Majors are unwilling to spin-off assets at current conditions, except for the ones That really needed to do so. Vale, BHP, Glencore have done little so far in this downturn, sit still when you get shaved. X2 does Not have the same buying opportunities, like the ones Mick encountered in earlier downfalls. Conclusion is that it is a relatively high amount of capital raised, clearly expecting normalised market conditions in the naar future by the larger investors and second pressure is building from different sides. How often does the next Sudbury comes up for sale ? Once in a century ? RCF rests assured they cash in a multiple of their investment once the time has come. Up to Canadian central authorities to set the scène and grap the shovel for roadworks. From there on I view the sell off Will take place well before road completion.
