His big mistake in that episode was to under-estimate the importance to people of being environmentally conscious. That's an issue that concerns me with the ROF, in two ways: As a normal human, that development isn't screwing up the planet for our children, and as an investor, that companies need to proceed carefully lest a perception of lack of concern for the environment throws up roadblocks for the companies that we're invested in.
