which he informed us of updating the "Fast Facts' to show over 300Million Fully

Diluted shares of Noront as of that date.Sorry for not responding sooner, i meant to

but got sidetracked. Fully diluted number is as of today closer to 310 Million.

The 257 or so Million shares NOT's rep gave you reflect shares Issued & Outstanding.

Fully Diluted includes those plus all outstanding Options, Warrants, 33Million Convertable

shares @ 45 cents US and some 12+ million shares to cover foreign exchange difference.

Could be more that I omitted.

Someone should have responded to your inquiry.My apology for NOT doing so.

mynot...........Thanks for posting lots of info,appreciated.

As for "Fast Facts" report showing over 300 Million FD shares, that would be OK eccept

for the fact that most of the other Cos show Issued & Outstanding shares and NOT FD.

So far only 2-3 % of Options Issued were exercised. The rest were either forfeited or

expired worthless. That might change going forward as Options are lower exercise price.

For that reason i feel that showing Issued & Otstanding shares somewhat better reflects

true picture.
