The calculation of the number of Interest Shares was based on the volume weighted average trading price of the common shares of the Company over the interest period.

So I see why our SP is at this level.

Do the regulators. NO! they do not.

Untill there is something to gain, there will be a sad abillity for RCF to take advantage.

The sooner everybody gets it *&^% ing right the less everyone including FN,ONT, Canada and us, get shafted by a finance company.
