Funkey, I'll believe it when I see it, but at least she acknowledged it. I suspect though that continued delays putting it to use play into my theory that the money will be used for other things (maybe related to the ROF like First Nations) rather than helping out mining companies get their projects off the ground. Just my opinion, do not trust the Liberals.
