Oh Yes, they do.
I spend up to half of any year in Europe ( often southern Germany and even Holland ;-) ) so am aware to a small degree of what you say.
We individuals tend to react vecerally while, in my opinion, funds and big (experienced) investors look on more objectively.
I do not think they see any immediate positives but a few European investors and exchanges see a positive future and are getting onto the train.
