MD, I suppose the point I'm making here is, if KWG come back with the ultimate scenario of Rail infrastructure and off take agreements, do you think that could change things for the Ontario Liberals and their infrastructure spending plans? Perhaps it takes the pressure right off them and that "Billion dollar promise" evaporates?
