This has EVERYTHING to do with the ROF and Noront ...if you don't understand the view point and background with whom you are bargaining with you, are at a great disadvantage.

Why do you think Noront has donated and covered some of the training costs for the FN's Do you not think it was to show the younger generation that in order to survive in the future that they need education, job training to open other worlds to them ...while in the mean time continuing their native traditions.

My other blurb was to say that they (NF'S)have come along way since the time when Europeans arrived on this continent.
