MD, well reasoned post. Lou from SH is clearly off the rails and while I don't always agree with you, at least you are rational.

One point though, is that I think the 1%nsr is rich and in the long run a big loss, but I do think it's the price to pay when frankly rcf is the one who gets to set the terms.
