Quarter IV Interest Payment to RCF

Due on or before Jan 15/2016.

Although the average share price of Noront for determaining number of shares

needed for payment @ 40 cents per share is higher than previous Quarters

@ 34.35 cents a share, it might ,because of poor showing of Can. Dollar on

Foreign Exchange Markets and additional interest on US $ 2 million Bridge loan,

not result in smaller payment than $ 1,387,135 paid in Third Quarter.

Anything less would be welcome.

Bridge Loan of US $ 2 million is retired on Dec 31, 2015 and will not be

a factor in susequent payments going forward.
