Royalty Purchase Agreement is 1% of the net smelter returns on Eagle's for 2.5 million $s. That in itself is well under priced imho.
In 30 months (=2.5 years) 0.5% = 3.125 million $s ( equivalent to 6.25 million $s for 1% or 2.5 times greater than original, Wow!

No one sees something wrong here? What an investment! I am surprised with the agreement and it's acceptance from this forum.
