This railroad and KWG thing is just a distraction. As far as Noront is concerned they need an EW road. Some day a long way off they will need a railroad to develop the chromite but that is not going to happen before Eagle's Nest gets developed. There is no money to be made in chrome right now but there is in Ni-Cu-PGMs.
