Ojibway woman fights for her ancestral rights

It is up to the government to put an end to this sort of thing. The question is, do they have the backbone to do what is in the best interest of everyone. I have serious doubts that a life of poverty trapping is in the best interest of her son, very selfish if you ask me. Besides has anyone taken into consideration the lives of the animals that are lost by trapping? Is this really necessary in this day and age?
