it is going to be a Federal decision in the very near future. Forget the crap and Gravelle. Coutts has reached an agreement, load up while you can. Likelihood at 80%, time to do business after Cliffs' close call. NOT will not develop themselves due to unfavourable terms and conditions vis-A-vis the big brothers in the marketplace. Too big to fail.
