Gravelle may be the responsible in political sense, but does not play any instrumental role in the actual infra Capital allocation. I have great respect for Gravelle, especially if he gets the road build :-). If hè would be my Son-in-law I would appraise him, hè has taken enough beatings. We need him to start putting his act together. Nevertheless, I fully understand the fact that people get upset by the current low or non- performance. Let's give the guy another chance.
