And the development co. is not the problem, it is a symptom.

The problems are both governments and the near by communities of the Ring. They can not get down to a simple agreement to satisfy all. They will talk forever as long as money to fund their meetings flows freely.

I am ashamed that several thousand dollars was handed over to four communities for a study and we get zip. & Deloitte???

Per a year back, we can only write to members of both parliaments and the media by which to shame all the intransigent and incompetant parties.
