The price of metals has got almost nothing to do with building a northern access road in Ontario. A road is needed to open up the centre of northern Ontario.

Both governments need it, so do many communities that would have better access to services that are presently costly or unavailable. Possible miners of the region ale almost an after thought.

It is a no brainer but some seem to lack even that.
