I hope these new incentives are not the big announcement scheduled Dec 10, there is no company going to invest in major exploration in N. Ontario without the promise of at least a road to the ROF.

I hope the Libs understand this, if they build the road, mining companies will be swarming all over the ROF. They hold the key to opening the door
