Are Miners Responsible for Commodity Glut?

State of world economy, strenght of US Dollar,low oil prices, Chinese slowdown,

near sighted miners? who bears the greatest responsibility I can NOT say.

One thing I can say with certainty: all gluts are inevitably followed bu shortages

and vise-versa. So a large doze of patience required on our part.
