Spot.......... if company grant you an option

with an exercise price of $ 1.25 for some period of time ( usually 5 years)

that option gives you a right with out an obligation that during those 5 years

you can exercise it and purchase shares of Noront. If the share price stays

under $ 1.25 it will expire worthless as these Option likely will.
