This could well be the trigger longholders have seeked. Further Chinese involvement would be a gamechanger of first order. Chinese persistance is well-known in The kind of deal required, even in jurisdictions lower on the map. Question is, where is the USA in this picture ? Should USA not have a clear interest in a cooperative approach in the ROF ?
