OK by me as an annology but value of smelter royalty does not directly translate into value of company.

Next that 18 million $s is for KWG's chromite royalty and imho should not be supper imposed onto NOT. Noront has also the nickel ore and large land claims, meaning large potential. So it is not that simple.
