Funcky take into cosideration:

The great state of California is bankrupt... every man,woman and child is idebted to the tune of $1700.00 per person!!

The once great province of Ontario is also "bankrupt" (although her nibs won't admit it) to the tune of almost $20,000.00 for every man, woman and child!!

(The difference being the size of the population)

Unless you believe in the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus or higher taxes, and selling off Hydro 1 and the LCBO are going to get the people of Ontario out of debt.
