I admire your optimism Oh Funkey 1...but we still dont have a complete Dev corp or an approved road route or the resubmited enviro application and the FNs have agreed to nothing yet. The ball is still in the hands of the provincial libs and they continue to prove themselves completely incompitant and they just cant get anything done. And bye the way THEY DONT GOT NO MONEY.
